Hotel The Mozart is a five-star boutique hotel and a beautifully preserved piece of history, located in the heart of Prague, near the Charles Bridge. It combines modern design with period elements and offers a truly unique experience. Bright large spaces and open windows offer a magnificent view of the courtyard and the city.
Your main responsibilities as a Receptionist are checking in and out guests while delivering outstanding levels of service. Managing requests and creating memorable experiences. Compiling guests accounts and fulfilling administrative duties as well is ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy at all times.
What are we looking for in a Receptionist?
Previous experience in a similar role
Communicative knowledge of Japanese and/or Korean language is a requirement
Knowledge of Japanese and/or Korean culture and customs
Be friendly, bubbly and have an outgoing personality
Display a polite and professional attitude at all times
Be an excellent team player and enthusiastic in delivering excellent customer service
Be flexible to work shift patterns, including mornings, late evenings, and weekends
