Accounts Payable Junior/ Specialist
Do you like Finance and speak an Asian language? We are looking for candidates for the position Accounts Payable Junior / Specialist.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Processing of invoices of the whole department in digital form using scanning SW APP
- Weekly settlement activities of NPO and PO payments
- Communication with suppliers and solving their requirements
- Complaints of invoices that do not meet the requirements of company standards
- You will be part of more finance processes in the future, such a T&E, General Ledgers and Account Receivable
What do we expect?
- Finance experience is an advantage, but not necessary
- The job will be performed mostly in English – we have an international team
- Extra Asian language is required – Japanese, Korean or Chinese
- Teamwork and cooperate in a global environment
- Ability to prioritize effectively and good problem-solving abilities
- Microsoft Office knowledge is an advantage
