Sales Coordinator – Prague, Czech Republic
The ideal candidate should have business level English and Japanese. Being able to speak Czech would be a big plus. ***Visa support provided***
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday
SALARY: Competitive + benefits – 13th salary, bonus (twice a year), meal voucher, additional paid holiday (Christmas season), commute, flex working hours etc
START: Ideally Jan 2021
LOCATION: Prague, Czech Republic
VISA: Company can support visa for the right candidate
RESPONSIBILITY:
Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking that they have the correct price, discounts, and product numbers
Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records and prepare reports
Respond to any inquiries from consumers
Issuing invoices
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Business level of English and Japanese
2 or more years’ experience in a similar role
Good administrative, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
